Yes, children are welcome. However, the villas are designed for two adults, so any additional sleeping arrangement for a child is provided on the living room sofa. Pets are not allowed in order to maintain maximum privacy and a peaceful environment.

Yes. Each villa features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, dishes, and cookware. Guests are also provided with specialty coffee and tea. In addition, each villa has a ceramic “Kamado”-style grill, complete with charcoal and all necessary grilling accessories.

Yes - all villas are equipped with wireless internet (Wi-Fi).

No. The outdoor hot tub on the terrace is available as an additional service for €40.

Yes, there is a separate sauna on the premises with a panoramic view of the lake. The sauna is available in 3-hour time slots: either from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM or from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The price is €40. The sauna must be booked in advance.

Yes. The villas are designed for year-round comfort. Each villa is equipped with an air-to-air heating and cooling system, as well as a wood-burning stove for a cozy atmosphere.

Yes, towels and bathrobes are provided in the villas. Please note that beach towels are not available.
